i found the location very convenient, especially the short walks to the beach and shopping center! the reception staff were friendly and helpful. i also really appreciated that after discussing my initial room, i was given a different room with more storage space, which i really needed!
the new menu was a little different, and i missed breakfast and dinner outside under the palm trees, that they had last year.

My room featured a sitting room and a balcony. It was much bigger than i expected. the room had air conditioning that worked well. i found the beds comfortable and spacious.

breakfast offered a good variety of food, and the espresso coffee machine made great coffees. the catering staff and servers were friendly. they accommodated my fussy eater by adjusting the menu each evening, so he always had something he liked.

christian, the night manager, always provided helpful information and assistance with room issues. the new manager, julian, quickly resolved any requests i had. the staff consistently were great too assist with anything.

the location was great for accessing the nearby attractions. i found the breakfast buffet had plenty of choices (i especially enjoyed the fresh fruit). the room size was larger than expected, so i could relax. the pool was also very clean and well-kept.
the kitchen was lacking some essential utensils and pans. i wanted to do some light cooking, but it wasn't really equipped for that.

the staff at the reception was friendly and helpful with directions. they provided quick assistance when i needed to store my luggage before check-in. i also found them responsive to my inquiries about local attractions.

the pool area had a good number of sun loungers and umbrellas available. the hotel had a bus stop right outside, so i could easily travel around. also, they offered a luggage storage service, and i used it after check-out.

I found the location excellent, providing easy access to nearby shops and restaurants. The hotel was clean, though my room was cleaned only two days out of my three-night stay. The pool area had plenty of sunbeds.
The beds were quite springy. I could feel the springs. Upgrading to the renovated rooms is advisable.

The staff was kind and helpful with all requests (Maria at breakfast was particularly great). Whenever I needed information, the staff was there, offering assistance to. Their support contributed positively to my overall experience.

the location was convenient for getting around, i have to say.
the room felt really outdated. the furniture looked old and worn and the bathroom needed some repairs. the shower wasn't great and some of the fixtures seemed broken, this made it less enjoyable.
